В статье рассматривается текущее состояние транспортной системы арктических регионов и факторы, которые влияют на вектор развития транспортных коммуникаций на арктических территориях. В силу сложности формирования новых наземных транспортных маршрутов ввиду климатических особенности, акцент смещён на развитие инфраструктуры Северного морского пути, как одной из основных транспортных артерий российской Арктики. В частности в статье приведён вариант расчёта скорости загрузки контейнеровоза с использованием портовых ПРМ.

The article examines the current state of the transport system of the Arctic regions and the factors that influence the vector of development of transport communications in the Arctic territories. Due to the complexity of the formation of new land transport routes due to climatic features, the focus has shifted to the development of the infrastructure of the Northern Sea Route, as one of the main transport arteries of the Russian Arctic. n particular, the article provides an option for calculating the loading speed of a container ship using port PRMs.
