Management of the educational process in personnel training in the conditions of digitalization of the transport and logistics industry
Abstract
The article deals with the issues of modern education in the field of transport and logistics in the conditions of digitalization of the industry. The importance of the content of information components in various educational programs of personnel training and their additional professional education is substantiated. The author focuses on the need for constant updating of educational programs in the field of digital transport technologies. This is due to a number of reasons, among which, according to the author, the most significant are the reduction of the life cycle of modern technologies and the tendency to ensure the technological independence of the state in the field of information technology. Among the main approaches to solving the identified problems of digital education, the author identifies three: a) the presence of practice-oriented disciplines that ensure contact of the student audience with the professional community and the real problems of the industry; b) updating competencies through additional professional education programs; c) implementation of international student exchange programs.
