Improvement of the organization of automobile transportation of the enterprise
Abstract
The article considers the improvement of the organization of automobile transportation of the enterprise by car carriers intended for the transportation of passenger cars. The activity of LLC «Vectura» is analyzed and the conclusion is made about the irrationality of the costs of maintaining its own fleet of car carriers. Based on the conclusion made, solutions are proposed regarding the evaluation of tractor models for their cost content, reducing the number of units of their own fleet, optimizing subcontractors’ tariffs taking into account the changing economic situation.
