Бинарные объекты и компоненты управления бизнес-цепями: структура и основы цифровизации

Аннотация

Целью данной статьи являются уточнение и дополнение теории и методологии проектирования, формирования и управления компонентами (ценность, новинка, требование продукт и/или услуга) и объектами (предприятие, отношения, бизнес-процессы и потоки) управления и создание предпосылок для разработки прототипа цифрового двойника управления бизнес-цепями.

В качестве методов исследования выбраны методы классификации, синтеза, анализа, индукции и дедукции, а в качестве инструмента использованы бинарные матрицы, сформированные на основе актуальных классификационных признаков объектов и компонентов управления бизнес-цепями, а также их дихотомий.

В статье обоснованы варианты, предложены шифры и коды компонентов управления бизнес-цепями; разработаны варианты последовательности управления бинарными компонентами в бизнес-цепях; обоснованы варианты, предложены шифры и коды бинарных объектов управления бизнес-цепями; разработан алгоритм управления бинарными компонентами в бизнес-цепях с использованием объектов управления.

Реализация полученных результатов позволит эффективно реагировать на изменяющиеся ценности конечных потребителей продукции и/или услуг; создать предпосылки для повышения качества управленческих решений в бизнес-цепях, снизить потери упущенной выгоды звеньев цепей данного типа, а также создать теоретические и методические предпосылки цифровизации бизнес-цепей и систем управления данными цепями.

Оригинальность исследования подтверждается использованием матричного подхода к проектированию и цифровизации компонентов и объектов управления, основу которого составляют их актуальные качественные признаки и дихотомии, которые позволяют получить «2ˣ» вариантов данных объектов и компонентов, присвоить им двоичные коды, обрабатываемые с помощью программного обеспечения управленческой деятельности.
