Methodological approaches to structuring indicators for assessing the potential of an international transport corridor
Abstract
Methodological approaches to assessing the potential of the MTK in the system of national transport systems are presented. The conceptual apparatus of the MTK is defined from the standpoint of the general theory of systems, the system principles of the analysis of the functioning of the MTK are formulated. The paper presents a hierarchy of criteria for evaluating the transport corridor as a whole and its railway subsystem.
