Reducing the downtime of transit wagons with processing at hub marshalling yards as an element of optimizing the logistics supply chain
Abstract
The article describes a technology for reducing the downtime of a transit car with processing in order to optimize the station’s operation and increase its processing capacity. This technology allows for the technological optimization of the station’s operation without the use of additional resources by reducing the accumulation time of cars in the marshalling yard.
