Improving the resources management strategy at an industrial enterprise: the experience of PY LLC Firma «Technoavia»
Abstract
The article presents the experience of developing and implementing a tool for monitoring resources at a large industrial enterprise — PV LLC FIRMA «TECHNOAVIA», which specializes in the production of personal protective equipment (PPE). The theoretical foundations of inventory management, including ABC/XYZ analysis, inventory classification, and modern approaches to logistics planning, are considered. The practical part includes an analysis of the current inventory management system, identification of problems related to the human factor and the formation of non-liquid assets, as well as a description of a developed Excel report that allows for the visualization of inventory statuses based on key parameters such as turnover, seasonality, and managerial responsibility.
