Today, logistics data on freight transportation is maintained in various automated systems, which is due to the use of various types of transport, the presence of a certain software solution for the carrier, and the lack of unification of transportation documents. These aspects complicate the interaction of carriers with each other, create difficulties for monitoring the state of transportation and, as a result, increase labor costs for data analysis in order to make managerial decisions, which leads to additional cash costs for companies and suboptimal use of vehicles. In connection with the identified problem, the possibility of creating a digital trace (electronic passport) of a multimodal freight transportation is considered, the content of which reflects each link in the logistics chain of cargo delivery. The introduction of an electronic passport should solve the problem of completeness, relevance and availability of transportation data for each participant in the supply chain. The transportation documents for each type of transport are identified, the attributive composition of transportation documents for aviation, sea, rail and road modes of transport is analyzed, a review of source systems for each type of transportation documents is carried out. Assumptions are formulated for the attributive analysis of transportation documents, determined by the rules for their execution and established forms. As a result of the study of transportation documents, data were obtained on the number of general and specific attributes for each type of transportation documents, which allows us to talk about the possibility of creating an electronic passport for freight transportation. The format of the electronic passport of cargo transportation has been designed. The scheme of the integration solution for the formation of an electronic passport is given, the features of the formation of new transportation documents and keeping the current ones up to date are formulated. The advantages obtained from the introduction of an electronic passport in the context of current problems and such promising solutions as a logistics ecosystem, analytics using artificial intelligence methods are formulated.
The article deals with the development of green logistics and the relevance of the development of technology for the treatment of solid municipal waste SMW both in Russia and in foreign countries. At the legislative level, the task is to create a sustainable system of solid municipal waste management, reduce waste sent to landfills and significantly increase the level of recycling in order to return recycled resources to production and consumption. The technologies used for the management of SMW are described and the technology of organizing the transportation of solid municipal waste from the agglomeration in interaction with other modes of transport is presented, the expediency of which is due to the large daily volumes of garbage formation and the great distance from waste processing plants, which are located at a considerable distance from large settlements. According to the results of the analysis, the railway was chosen as the most rational option of the modes of transport based on the indicators of environmental friendliness and the cost of long-distance transportation.
This article addresses the issue of roads and passages containing traffic lights. A study was made in Noginsk (Bogorodsky district, Moscow region) about traffic intensity during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result of this research, dynamics of the traffic intensity on road sections with traffic lights were obtained. A new method was proposed on order to intensify the passage of traffic lights.
The staged article deals with the formation of integrated logistics supply chains with logistic vehicle support. A new joint 2-link integrated logistics chain is proposed, which combines the rear economy and the armed forces. All estimates and proposals in the first link are considered in relation to the intensity of cargo formation in the real sector. Estimates and proposals in the second link characterize various methods of road delivery to different rear distances using a new transport and technological system with split traction and swap bodies. The turnaround time for the material flow and the inventory cost in ton-days are used as performance criteria.
The article deals with the problems associated with the possibility of automating the terminal warehouse complex (TWC). The main stages for the implementation of the project to automate the object of research are given. Based on the existing operation technology, technological operations of the complex are described in detail and the scheme of all functional areas is given. Taking into account the application of unique marking of cargo units with a QR code an algorithm of through-tracking of units with cargo - cardboard packages from the moment of arrival to the moment of cargo departure is considered. The processes of automated sorting and bundling of products are investigated in detail. Product sorting is carried out with the use of tools for scanning a QR-code from each package, due to which there is a possibility of automatic accounting of the outgoing flow, distribution of packages by the way of delivery by the distributive conveyor, and also data transformation from QR-code to the kinematic tasks for the following operation of bundling. An example of QR-code generation is given. Product bundling is carried out by means of a floor-type bundling machine with a manipulator. The paper presents a design diagram of the packetforming machine, in particular the manipulator; the manipulator control diagram. Based on the investigated technological approach, an operational sequence of sorting and bundling processes in a single sequential mapping is projected, which allows to start developing software to automate TWC.
One of the problems in logistics is the optimal stock level support problem. Rhythmic delivery problem is one of its particular cases. In this article rhythmic delivery at the warehouse problem description is given; it is shown that this problem is to be solved via quadratic programming methods. In the theoretical part of the article mathematical model of the case is stated while in practical part the example of problem solving in MATLAB is presented.
