Application of digital systems in passenger transportation and calculation of the customer orientation coefficient
Abstract
The presented article analyzes the features of the functioning of modern railway stations and focuses on the analysis of innovative approaches to increase the level of customer orientation and improve the service process in the field of passenger transportation. The author proposes the integration of digital technologies and analytical work with coefficients reflecting customer orientation to measure and compare it.
